This is the second page of
photographs from our break in Pembrokeshire.
The first two photos above show the beach at Nolton
Haven located just to the south of Newgale from where we caught a glimpse of
the partial eclipse of the sun on the 29th March.
The rocky southern end of Newgale sands looks
more reminiscent of a scene from the Scottish Highlands than Pembrokeshire
in black and white .
The remains of the Bishop's Palace at Lamphey
located to the east of Pembroke date from the 13th century, the palace was
once a spectacular country retreat for the medieval bishops of St Davids.
