MACCLESFIELD FOREST - 20/04/03

Just a short walk tonight - making the most of the dry, sunny weather while it lasts! From the Trentabank car park we set of in the direction of Shuttlingsloe, alongside the picnic area. After a short while we turned left, following the path that runs parallel with the road. Turning back and walking alongside the road we pass the Trentabank reservoir and spot a Heron and Coots. Parking is easy at the Trentabank car park with toilets and a Ranger Centre, although it can get very busy in the summer!
