Mushrooms on the shores of Bassenthwaite Lake left photo. Centre and right photos were taken in the village of Caldbeck, situated in Northern Cumbria, about 12 miles South West of Carlisle. The image on the right is the 12th century St Kentigern's Church. | ||

The weather is very dull compared to the day before, with clouds threatening, but not delivering rain. Centre photo shows more Autumn colours in Hope Park at Keswick. Right photo, our next destination the walk at White Moss Common towards Grasmere, see page 3. |
